Night of the Stars Volunteer
Applications for 2025 Night of the Stars Volunteers are now closed
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Silverwood’s Night of the Stars 2025. So many of you have generously given your time for this event over the years. This special evening has been designed to be sensitive to the various needs of all “Stars”. Silverwood Cast Members and willing Community Volunteers, such as yourself, strive to make this a safe, fun, and a truly memorable evening for everyone.
This year we have 2 dates to choose from to volunteer, May 15th & May 16th, 2025. On your online application form, you may choose to volunteer for one or both dates. You will be contacted by Silverwood by April 14th, if you have been selected for one of the limited Community Volunteer positions for Night of the Stars 2025.
Volunteers will be assigned specific tasks and a supervisor the day of the event. The assigned tasks will be in one of 3 areas; Pavilion Food Services, Rides, or Guest Services/Wheelchair Courtesy. There may be a variety of attractions and locations that you could be stationed at throughout the event. We thank you in advanced for your flexibility. Two 15 minute breaks will be provided to you during your 8 hour shift. Complimentary hot dogs, chips, and Pepsi product will be available on break times in the designated Volunteer Break Area.
Volunteers will not be permitted on rides, in retail shops, or in food and beverage locations while they are "on the clock", the same as Silverwood Cast & Crew. This will ensure that the Stars are the focus.
All volunteers and staff will help roll hot dogs at the start of the evening.
As in years past, in exchange for the Community Volunteer successfully completing assigned duties and returning the Duties Task List (DTL), signed by the supervising Silverwood Leadership Team member, each Community Volunteer will receive two (2) Silverwood General Admission Tickets ($170.00 value) for the 2025 regular Silverwood season.
